I was thinking, who cool would it be to have a mod that you can us and then train up with a skills, and it will let open a wh with it to New Eden. But that's just the fist step have a sec skill setup to pin point a region, then it drops you some where close to the pin point area, and say another skill that needs to be taken to lvl5 as well that drops you with-in a few jumps or right onto the system you have it aimed at. What does every one think?

I know this isn't the first time this has been talked about. From the sounds of all the bashing going around about this idea, my guess is it will not be the last time ether. Look all my intent here was to talk about the idea, I'm not saying CCP do this to that. Like I said all I wanted to do was talk about it, nothing more! All I was looking for some constructive conversation about this about its more then clear that isn't going to happen.

Or you could pick a high sec system and live there instead of a wormhole maybe? Roll

So it would almost be like creating a hidden cyno for subcaps to flow through anywere in in EVE? Yea that wouldn't be OP at all.

A far better and slightly similar idea has already been discussed by Kwark with his vision of giant marauding space worms tunneling their way through the universe, leaving destruction and (you guessed it) wormholes in their wake.

Wh generator? No thanks but I'd love to see a new class of Wh (C7) where no poses can be constructed and npc roam free like rainbow unicorns!

No, POS construction should be allowed, but sleepers should reinforce said POS a few hours after it onlines, and there should be sleeper capitals (to us, they should be equivalent to supers with no targeting penalties for subcaps).

That way, people come on forums and cry about their POS's being reinforced by NPCs because they didn't read forums and do research on Class 7 wormholes first, and CCP can harvest their tears as some kind of real life strontium to triage the EVE cluster against future DDoS attacks.

I vote yes to rainbow unicorns. More rainbow unicorns in EVE and wormhole space in particular.

Guess what I don't fear, fear is the mind killer and those that fear change fear the future as well and I put this out there knowing weak minded fearful players will cry about it so =P

Check it out, champ... You want to essentially create the possibility of creating a Jump Bridge network connecting specific systems while integrating wormholes. IF you are so fascinated with connecting specific systems, CCP already has something for you, and they are called Jump Bridges, and it would seem that your venue for gameplay is nullsec.

The wormhole community has heard this idea from you aswell as many others in the past, from wormhole stabilizing to wormhole generating to focused wormhole networking, and every single idea takes away the mystery and randomness of wormholes. Your idea isn't adding to wormholes, it is taking away from wormholes.

Although you believe your idea is good, I can assure you it isn't. Wormholes encompass the heart of exploration, especially the greatest level of chance and mystery that CCP is trying to convey with their new expansion, Odyssey. Why would anyone want to create skills and modules that would take away the exploration aspect, and simply turn wormholes into a mobile home so they can safely go whereever they want, whenever they want and completely destroy the required exploration and travelling system that is built into the wormhole style of gameplay?

You claim to be a wormholer, and it seems that you just want to make it easier for you to farm wormholes, bear it up, and get in and out easier so you don't have to :effort:

place medical clone in desired system.

When you wish to go to that system, right click > self destruct (maybe eject from your ship first?)

BOOM you are in the system of your choice.

Also, I just saved you having to skill up to lvl V on some random skill. you can send the isk to this character as gratitude mate.

Sorry I just don't see how setting up a mod to make a man made wh takes away from all the random one's still in place, and the post where I said keep it to a low 20mins and only a few ships can us it not really sure how its taking away from anything other then for example say I'm in a C4 with a static C2 there would be no need to go into the C2 other then to pilage the wormhole. I know you think that these random wh that lead any where are nice keeps to the exploration aspect of the game but why would I want to do exploration just to get my goods out of the wh. That turns doing something that should be fun into a job and I work just fine at work, but its a game and I want to have fun so sorry for not wanting to work at something that should be fun!
