If u check the Winners Log i think the Win Chance of "Gambling Industry ISK" is to high and Ships is to low. i've done several spins yet and followed the Winners log. You can see the "ISK Wins" rly dominate.

Dont get me wrong i dont wanna get 2 Hulk and a Freighther with 30 Spins. But if u spend around 100 Spins and i rly think "Apachekills" have done them or more and only 1 Noctis is a bit low if u compare the other stations Win logs.

I know Viddiy live from donated ISK and the Value of prizes is lower then the spended ISK, no secret 'cause all Lucky Games works like that .

My intetion to this post was that i didnt get smth from Gambling Industry yet ^^, thats why i wrote subjective, and i know by myself that if more prizes on the slots = lower win chance overall, because of combination possibilities. In Germany we have a proverb, but i cant translate it right . Dont get me wrong i just wanna to figure out, that i love ur Game and i wanted to put my frustrated feeling about being unlucky into some words. Now i feel better because i'm less frustrated and can have a straight look into the future again. Omg translating things from German into English word by word is a fail but i dunno how to explain it corredt It's a pity that we cant write in Game because of different Time-Zones.

PS: the won Navy Hookbill was fun for exact 2 hrs ^^. I took it from Jita to Iro after i buyed the fitting, set course to a belt, and wanted to test the new fitting on some NPC. But there was smth i didnt realized, to my shame I have to admit that i've didn't read the EvE Notifications yet a day before a Pirate Corp declares War against us. Reached the Belt approched the NPC Frig, 10 Sec later i got fire from behind, scramble and boom, with some luck i could get away with my pod. I asked them why they shot me and why Concord didnt help? As Answer i got we have War u looser we destroyed ur hookbill, hrhr see ya next time. Better u pay 100m to leave Station. Wtf are they serious so i log off my Main for a week.

I have already had that idea, and would like to do it at some point. The only thing is that I don't trust the Eve Wiki to not suck, so I want to use it as little as possible. As such, ingame, it should bring up the item's description (just like clicking on the person in the Winners page brings up the person's info). Out of game, though, it should bring up the wiki.

That's a bit more complicated, especially since it shows up in a zillion parts of the code, but I may have to implement this.

Unfortunately I am not going to be offering shiny free credit for this, as I already had that idea. I should give myself free credit!

I gave Ship Spinning a "Like" because its a thrustable Game. No bad responses and a friendly leader. Hope ths Site will get more popular.

Went in for 45mil, didn't win any ships but this is a nifty concept :) As a Neut pilot the possibility to win a Bhaalgorn or Ashi makes me drool...

Like the old Eve adage: "Don't flyspin what you can't afford to lose".

I try to always keep all the chances of the different stations fair to the players. It really shouldn't make me happy to lose money when someone wins something big, but knowing that ship spinning made their day is a good feeling.



It's on my to-do list. I have been working on the site, but the improvements have mostly been back-end stuff, like a better interface for handing out prizes, and market probing to allow me to better manage times when ship prices go haywire.

Fun fact: did you know that every time the market shifts significantly I run several tens of thousands of trial spins of each slot machine to make sure it's paying out as it should be? The actual number depends on how patient I'm feeling that day, and whether I want to make my hosting provider want to tear his head out because I lock up the server for a bit.

No sense in scamming if I can make ISK by having a legit business. Besides, the turnover of ISK is rather huge. Multiple tens of billions of ISK have passed through my hands, but I've never had any more than 4-5 billion ISK on hand at any one time (which is actually why I can't offer things like Jump Freighters yet; get more people playing!). Taking everyone's ISK and running would make for a very poor scam, since people would stop giving me ISK. A gambling business is just not a very viable scam method.
