I've just received another unallocated 50k SP in my skill sheet. So in total I now have 100k. Is this the compensation for the latest outage?

That seems to be the general consensus among capsuleers, however I don't think CCP posted any sort of official mention of it.

If anything I'd say it was for all the pilots who got booted out of game with a socket closed and then couldn't log back in.
