The genesis of this question was in the Skill thread, 'but since that thread is not strictly about this topic, here I am.

The 3rd party Mac Eve Tools was mentioned by a poster, I got it, downloaded and installed successfully, and opened it up. It noticed I didn't have any characters and opened up a screen to make the connection with the game and input 1. Account name, 2. User name, and 3. API code.

I had no problem with the API code or the User name I have to log in with...what the heck do they mean by account name? Any Mac Eve Tool Gurus out there with info, I'd welcome it.

probbaly just "wtf do you wanna call it" -- e.g. Neve or "My Corp" or whatever.
