server answers to pings, that's it.
even had to log in here trough steam.
since the web log-in has "occurring errors"

On a side note:
1. The Round trip time was gotten shorter.
2. The host, losing packets 50%+ somewere in London is fixed/gone.

(1+2 = Yay, less lag)

http://eve-offline.net/ says TQ has a constant number of players since i've lost connection (29956 stable)
Sisi / Crest / Dust514 are coming and going.

:/

Edit: "The transport has not yet been connected, or authentication was not successful."

That's a new one, from the character selection.

I'm having this problem also, it seems that the connection never is closed on the server side so when we try to log back in it confuses the whole issue. Ugh

Lucky for me I was docked when this occurred.

Connection Timeout - The server failed to acknowledge the client's response to the server's challenge within a reasonable amount of time

Cant log in :(

Nothing to do with the launcher. The server thinks you are still logged in and your character is wherever you last were. You are killable as well.

I eventually got the message "The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support."

I only had about an hours worth of missions that I wanted to get done before the changes tomorrow Sad figures lol

We had this happen to a logi in our incursion fleet. The logi stayed with us & even wing warped with us even though he should have DC'd & wa in TS talking to us talking about the authentication screen. He even rebooted & the logi stayed on the gate in game but he couldn't log in Oops
An' then Chicken@little.com, he come scramblin outta the Terminal room screaming "The system's crashing! The system's crashing!" -Uncle RAMus, 'Tales for Cyberpsychotic Children'

The CSM have poked CCP about this in the channel, but it looks like only 1 or 2 of them are in and awake yet.

The issue was already resolved. CCP Operations disconnected all the stuck characters by force.

Ah good news - I only caught this a few minutes before I had to leave for work.

Now let us all offer a brief prayer or sympathetic thought for the poor GMs who will have to handle the petitions...
