Release Candidate on Sisi now

Dear CCP, I (A Mac User) Just patched Singularity and as of 5 minutes ago I am no longer able to stay logged in for more than 2-5 minutes at a time. My game will lock up and even make me reboot on occasion if I dont ninja-FQ it fast enough. This problem has come up a few patches ago, and seems to have been fixed, right up until now.

Wait, so three questions:
Are sites being removed from the scanner automatically when they despawn?
Are sites being added to the scanner when they spawn?
Do both of these happen without needing to leave and reenter system?
If this answer is no to any of these, this needs to be ******* fixed right now.
I made a bug report on this (ID 159723) on Thursday. If it still isn't fixed that's pretty disturbing.

I did bug report this (ID 159704) with an image of a specific gate, and gave the names of a few more types where I've noticed this is happening.

Yes it is.

"The range for interacting with structures linked to a Control Tower has been increased. If your ship is within the shield radius of the tower, all structures are available for inventory operations as though you. were adjacent to the structures themselves. This includes structures that must be mounted outside of the shields such as turrets/batteries/lasers. (Normal role-based restrictions will continue to apply at all times)."

Its location is bad. Its going to be missed by allot of people because its in a section about null sec stuff which most will skip.

The patch notes are not as smoothly written as some in the past. The features are mixed up and not clear.

They are written as bullet points for the "Gallente Administrative Outpost" they should have there own header.

Echelon changes are not on Sisi per Sarmatiko on twitter.
