Unable To Log back in after DC @ 04:40 Eve Time (NOW)

Was just DC'ed for no real reason & am now unable to get past the login server as it just sits at Authenticating.

Anyone else having this issue also ATM?

The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support.

Hmm I be thinking they be getting another DDOS possibly?

Also after trying for a few minutes I got this msg from the client:

Just had a bunch D/C in the system I'm in at the moment.

Looks like myself and a few others got back in, but it also looks like plenty of others haven't.

Had the same problem, trying to log back on gets stuck on authentication. Logging on a second account works fine, and I can see the character from the first account sitting in space where he dc'd.

Unless this is no DDoS and CCP have core network backbone failure.

EDIT2: confirming that 1st account is still logged in after DC Oo

I am, sucks as I was chasing/being chased by bad guys in a rather expensive ship, deep in their space, with a capsuleer combat timer. Fantastic if I don't say so myself What?. Sad to say but I hope this is happening to everyone, so I don't get probed out and killed and then not reimbursed in any way.

got socket closed, tried logging into my alt and it logged in fine, however my main is still logged in for some reason and idle in dangerous space... goodbye t3...

I think there seems to be some sort of issue where people who have DC'ed character are still sitting where they were when they got DC'ed so it's possible your ship is history by this time unless the people whom were chasing you also got DC'ed

I got socket close on 1 client. I was able to reconnect straight after. Although I have bypassed the launcher since the original issues. I'm sure CCP doesn't want us doing that, but people might like to try that.

If this is the case i really hope CCP reimburses any loses anyone sustains during this. I do't think I'm the only one whose patience is starting to wear thin with all of these technical issues. Not being able to log in is not so bad, but when you touch my spaceships, that is serious business. EvilEvilEvilEvilEvil
Who knows what will happen when the new expansion comes out, maybe we can all play eve again by july. CCP you really need to get your **** together this is ridiculous. I'm holding my tongue at this point at risk of getting snipped by some isd, but really CCP GET YOUR **** TOGETHER
