Workaround for scaling the client

I hope someone can help me identify a work-arround for fitting two EVE clients into a single full hd monitor. The problem is the minimum client width (1024 pixels), it won't go any lower. Even after creating a new custom monitor resolution in Windows it still won't show up as an option in the EVE client. I have tried several free tools but none seem to work in reducing the client width.

I would like to be able to dual box using a single screen without investing additional money in tooling to achieve this simple request. I know any resolution below minimum is not supported, but i think it is not a outrageous request to fit two clients in a full-hd monitor.

What resolution is your monitor set at?

My montior is set to the default full-hd resolution (1920 x 1080), which is a bit to narrow to fit two clients next to each other. I cannot pivot my screen so the width of the client has to come down a bit. Do you know any tools that can do this?

I don't believe it's possible to lower it with any tools. I think you'll either have to settle with them overlapping or get a second monitor. I'm sorry I can't be of any better help.

Multibox tooling like ISBoxer is able to achieve it somehow, so there must be some way to get it done. I think i read somewhere that ISBoxer doesn't change the resolution, but applies scaling to the client window. I tried tooling for that too, again without results Straight
