Minmatar Ship Advice (FW/WH)

Hello folks,

I've been out of the game for a few years and I'm looking for advice on which type of Minmatar ships I should be using for missions these days. I've been doing some reading up about FW missions as well as WH stuff and am leaning towards that route. Since FW has PvP element to it, I don't want to take our my other toon in full faction ships/mods/implants, which is why my old 0.0 PvP toon seems to be a better choice. Sadly I have very little SP in shield or armor tanking but I'm primarily all lvl 5 in every offensive category BC and below.

So which ships per level mission/WH should I be aiming for do you think?

Also, do you fit for missions or PvP or a combination of the 2?
