No really,

Can get up to the black screen with the Authenticating progress bar - but then it looks like it waits for a time out; as nothing is happening.

I am ingame now and everything is unresponsive. Logging in with a second char is stuck on the authentication.

Does this have anything to do with the sticky about login issues?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Same problem for me. I thought it may be connection problems with my internet provider but seems to go all the way back to CCP. I keep getting the message "The server failed to acknowledge the client's response to the server's challenge within a reasonable amount of time".

There has been no update yet indicating that the downtime issues have been resolved yet.
Please refer to Unscheduled Downtime Thread for updates.
