Is there any difference in points for pirate/navy faction cruisers?

Hello,
As said in the title i was wondering if there was any difference in points for pirate/navy faction cruisers?
As its not precised in the devblog, i guess not, but just wanted confirmation.

Each team has 100 points with which to select their ships.

Each team may have up to 12 ships on the battlefield.

Teams may field no more than 3 of a given ship. This applies to specifically named ships only, and not ship hulls. For example, 3 Merlins, 3 Hawks, and 3 Harpies would be legal.

Teams may field no more than 1 logistics ship, or 1 tech one support cruiser, or 1 support frigate.

Traditionally, they've been scored the same, which is fairly silly.

Also, maybe we can have tournament-prize ships scored properly this year? I know everyone wants to see them fielded, but fairness is more important, so they need to be scored at least 1 point higher than HACs.

I personally think the 5 point difference between cruisers and faction cruisers is too much. It's 2-3 points for BS and only 1 point for BCs. You do get 50% more EHP and some nice bonuses. However, 50% more EHP on a cruiser + some different bonuses IMO is not worth 5 points. You get far more by putting those points in to a faction BS or BC. Which is sad because I was very excited to see these ships used heavily in the AT.
