If you are asking seriously

Because your drone skills are too **** to fly a Chimera properly in any sort of way (No fighters?), and you have no Triage to compensate for this. You only have Cap ships 3 and with 36 mil SP that's terrible, it should ATLEAST be 4.
Both your dread and carrier skills are 3 making it look like it was just trained to make you able to sell it off as a capital pilot.
You don't have JDC 5 to compensate for the lack of Carrier and Dread skills.
You are half ass trained into dictors, covert op's, and t3 cruisers, but really lacks the essential skills to fly any of them more than averagely.
Most of your shield comps are 3, while you should really have it at 4.
You can only use t1 siege.


This is a starter dread character, with an injected carrier skill book, for one of the least wanted capital ships in the game.

If you can get 15 bil as you mentioned above, take it right the hell now.

If it's a fake bid, consider this a 8,5 bil bid to get you started.
