Run time libraries are installed

Settings in winecfg are those:

msvcrt (native,builtin)
msvcr80 (native, builtin)
msvcr90 (native, builtin)
msvcr100 (native, builtin)

I also have all of thease installed properly
winetricks vcrun2005 vcrun2008 vcrun2010

And so far i've gotten this far:

Station View

Undocked from station

I would appericate any help, I'm pretty much of out options could it be dx9 problem?

Also I'm running in Intel HD Graphics
After undocking from station the FPS drops 10-20, weird white lightning bug.
Eve is working trough PlayOnLinux, but everytime i try to open EveFile.Exe Trough Wine, it crashes. (An unexpected error has occured)

This looks like a graphics issue rather than wine. What linux distro are you using, and what driver version?

"Also I'm running in Intel HD Graphics"

I assume you are using the newest ubuntu (13.04 or 12.10) ?

Cause this sounds and looks EXACTLY like the problems i had. I use intel HD Graphics aswell, switching to Ubuntu 12.04 fixed that issue.

Try to install the s3tc library and driconf (maybe, but check on ubuntu forums if is doesn't work ->sudo apt-get install s3tc driconf) then run driconf (I think) from the command line. It should put up a GUI, then find the option to turn on s3tc.

I did it over a year ago so I'm not sure if it still works though.

I have always had to install driconf and force s3TC on under 'Image Quality' to get my dell laptop HD graphics card to display Eve correctly. Did this only a month or so ago and it worked OK.

This is on a Dell e6420 with HD integrated graphics and ubuntu 13.04

If you are still having trouble you could try this (I haven't) :

Cheers big ears!
