WTB Science/Indy Toon - Invention, Reverse Engineering, T2/T3 Building

As the title suggests, looking for a well specced Science/Indy toon.

Must haves:

ArrowAble to Reverse Engineer T3 relics, lvl V skills preferred
ArrowAble to invent T2 ships/items, lvl V skills preferred
ArrowAble to build ALL T3 subsystems
ArrowAble to build T2 items
ArrowAble to fly transport ships
Arrow10 or more build slots
Arrow10 or more research slots

Nice to haves:

ArrowFreighter/Jump Freighter capability (Caldari preferred but not essential)
ArrowTransport ships with cov ops cloak
ArrowCybernetics V
ArrowCapital Ship Construction
ArrowT2/T3 ship construction skills

Not looking for any combat skills so these will not factor in to any offer I make.

I have no budget limit so don't be shy.

I could see this character if you give me a good price.

108M SP + 3M unallocated

It's only missing Jumpfreighter skill but with the unallocated sp. It's a question of minutes. 1 bonus remap available.

Got all T3 Reverse engineering skills to IV; and can manufacture all subsystems.

Its pretty focused so that is all you get; but price will also be a bit lower.
