On the 31st of May, at 16:23 CONCORD time, the Chief Executive Panel's Lower Committee voted to approve the Corporate Status of (formerly) Oniseki Holdings. Under the agreement, Oniseki Corporation has become a fully legal State corporate entity under the sponsorship of Ishukone Corporation, with all rights and responsibilities associated. Oniseki Corporation has accepted this agreement.

Following a review, it was decided that the office of Chief Executive will be filled by former Chief of Operations [REDACTED]. It was determined that the former Chief Executive Officer, myself, was unable to devote due dedication to the development and leadership of the company while also remaining a full time capsuleer. I will remain the single largest majority shareholder of Oniseki Corporation and assist with its funding and development as I am able from a purely advisory position. I will not appeal this decision.

With the results of the CPD review, it was determined that Oniseki Corporation will immediately earmark approximately 15% of all total production to the war effort, to be compensated at prices deemed acceptable to the CPD. Details of the exact tonnage of goods to be delivered is available on request from our Department of Finance. Oniseki Corporation will appeal this decision in six months, as soon as the mandatory waiting period allows.
