Launcher is still broken...

Most people probably are no longer experiencing an issue; however 9/10 when i load up the launcher it either crashes or turns completely white when i attempt to login forcing me to reload it 3-4 times before it finally works. It is really more of an inconvenience than anything.

P.s. i didn't get to use the free day of SP because it was sent to a character i am going to be deleting soon. Should have been sent as a redeemable gift.

Bug Reporting section might be relevant.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

That's cause the forum isn't really used for that

There is an "Issues and workarounds" section but it's largely for players helping other players

Devs do pop in every now and then though.

The launcher seems to be giving me issues whenever I change alts sometimes it launches sometimes I have to go into task manager & delete 4-6 launcherer.eve processes to get it going again & sometimes I give up & just reboot wasting 5-10 minutes Cry

There wasn't anything helpful there, with technical issues i refer to the forums in every online game first. That ensures that if there is a fix that another player can provide then i don't have to waste the time of a tech when he or she could have otherwise been doing something more productive. Of course, being that this is Eve i didn't expect much from the forums.

Make sure you have the latest version of the launcher. If you are having trouble running it then it will probably not self update. In that case you can download and install the latest version manually from http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/beta/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_546197.exe

If your problems persist please file a bug report over at https://bugs.eveonline.com. If you then please include the log file (launcher.2013.05.30.log or similar) found in launcher/cache/ under your EVE installation.

Edit: Turns out it was an outdated version, thx again.
