In the US, you are hitting prime net time, middle of the day, most people will be at work on LAN/WIFI that is limited bandwidth, even if we can take a break to catch this - some can, come can't... the poor options and the lack of bandwidth controls is just lame, I really hate that this is the choice of live-stream, Twitch needs alot of twitching....

I would much prefer youtube, it has all the Options, and so on, so feel free to do all the twitch content, but PLEASE follow up with YouTube versions so that the rest of the universe not directly connected to the local DS-3 or Fiber can at least follow up a day later... Roll

Doesnt TwitchTV have a forum you can post this on....you know....seeing as this is the EVE ONLINE FORUM....and stuff....yeah.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

So just watch the recordings? Or you cant find them?

http://twitch.tv/ccp/videos?kind=past_broadcasts

Or if you have troubles viewing videos in browser just download them from Twitch via various sites that convert direct download links (or DownloadHelper browser extension).

In good old times, when MTV actually showed music in 90's, I could never imagine that someone from US would have problems with Internet bandwidth.
With my 5 Mbit DSL Internet, based on 60-years old soviet era copper telephone wires, I have no problems watching CCP streams with 1080+ and 720 profiles.
So maybe you should blame your provider and not Twitch?

It has options from 360p to 1080p streaming. It records the shows for playback whenever and wherever you wish. What more do you want....

If we had this I would almost load the CQ. That is if I ever docked in a station.

It's really hard to hit both Europe and US prime time with the current curvature and rotation of the planet but we sort of try to catch both a little bit anyway with this timeslot. Much later and the Europeans would be heading to bead and we'd be in the office way into the night :P

Hasn't CQ melted enough GPUs already?

CQ+Twitch = Head for the fire extinguisher! ;)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

i think it was hinted on the OPs that the planet being round is your fault.

i expect the nex Dev cycle to be used either relocating the Eurasia tectonic plate on a geostationary orbit over the United States or lighting Jupiter on fire to make a new sun.

anything less than that and will cancel my accounts and go back to wow.

The solution is quite straight forward. Everyone should just schedule themselves using Proper Standard Time (PST), irrelevant of where you are on the planet. (Some trolls will say PST stands for Pacific Standard Time. Do not listen to them.) As we should all be proper, this is obviously the proper thing to do. To follow some other time would be most improper. For example you would not want to be on Mistaken Standard Time (MST) or Crazy Standard time (CST), Erroneous Standard Time (EST) or worst of all Bizarre Standard Time (BST) which is the same as the weird Eve time.

Once everyone is Proper, scheduling things in Eve will be easy.

Most US ISPs selectively throttle twitch tv hence the stuttering. If you are using Time Warner Cable in particular, you can google the steps to block the throttling servers and get the faster ones.
