Perhaps xenophobic is a more accurate term.

Next you'll be saying that there's something suspicious in the fact that a large percentage of players are British because they live in countries that were former colonies of or were settled by the British.

Its true, all prices not related to Plex are infact being fixed by the British Empire.

I dont think Georgia, at least half of the Ukraine, any of Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Romania, etc etc etc see themselves as Russians, do you?

In EvE you will find players from many countries, having even more nationalities and lots of different cultural backgrounds.
All EvE players have at least one thing in common (and sometimes it's the only thing): they play EvE.

And in EvE, markets get manipulated. By EvE players from around the world.
To blame one group off EvE players that happen to have the same nationality and/or cultural background of manipulating the PLEX market is therefore at least impolite.

To stop an unnecessary discussion that can easily run rampantly out of hand, this thread gets a lock.

2. Be respectful toward others at all times.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others.

6. Racism and discrimination are prohibited.

Racism, gender stereotyping and hate speech are not permitted on the EVE Online Forums. Derogatory posting that includes race, religion or sexual preference based personal attacks and trolling can result in immediate suspension of forum posting privileges.

21. Posting regarding RMT (Real Money Trading) is prohibited.

Posts discussing, linking to, or advertising RMT, including but not limited to the sale of in game items, assets, currency, characters or game accounts for real life money are strictly prohibited.

31. Rumor mongering is prohibited.

Rumor threads and posts which are based off no actual solid information and are designed to either troll or annoy other users will be locked and removed. These kinds of threads and posts are detrimental to the wellbeing and spirit of the EVE Online Community, and can create undue panic among forum users, as well as adding to the workload of our moderators.
