Good news! I was hoping you would continue these.

Last one was a bit too "buy the fanfest stream" for my taste, but understandable under the circumstances.

I think this is a great idea, and look forward to it.

The only end-game content in EVE Online is the crap that makes you rage quit.

Guard: was there anyway you guys could get twitch to make it easier to see CCP events? Seems like the fanfest videos dropped off the radar REAL quick on my mobile. Seeing as how I was working in NYC that weekend, watching the live feed was a bad idea.

Will there be a recording? I probably wont be able to watch thanks to time differences :( although I am hyped up for odyssey.

P.s. Good job guys, but I really miss my title screens :( I thought they were very Iconic.

The recording is crap. Something's screwed up with it and it keeps jumping around to 30 minute intervals every couple minutes. Between 0-30 it randomly jumps to the 30 minute mark, and between 30-60 it randomly jumps to the hour mark. YouTube please!

CCP Guard, this time could you get them to send through questions again from the live stream, that was cool in the last couple of livestreams you did, but didn't seem to do it much yesterday. There were loads of people asking about T3s and command links to Fozzie, but none got answered.

Fair point. Yesterday we couldn't get the monitor with the stream working and today the stream chat was moving really fast and it was hard to keep the show going and paying attention to it at the same time sufficiently to pick out good questions. But we had some help from CCP Bro who picked out some questions and I also managed to pick out a few myself. Something to work out for future streams.

feedback to CCP: make ore time zoned distributed anomalies like ice & in hi sec gate most of the anomalies and require a quantity limited monthly/noob mining license...force every mass miner go to losec/null/wh for more ore


make monthly license physical lootable item (market if unused & contract readable quantity remaining otherwise like BPC)

Headlines:

Megacorps to reclaim rights to all high sec ores for War preparation

Most Anomalies in Hi Sec to gain license and size Gates

Lobby and Realism - Megacorps to issue monthly limited mining licenses to trainees and independent labor corps

Empires recruit Pirates as Privateers in Battle for Limited Ore Licenses

Empire Letters of Marque give Privateers CONCORD Immunity against Enemy Mining Ships

Will Letters of Marque be Extended outside Mining Ships and Anomalies with Sufficient LP?



Big smile Imagine the wardecs over looted licenses. Imagine the privateer fleets. See mining corps recruit more PVP players for unused licenses as well as protection vs wardec and lower security. Imagine mining fleets turning pirate/privateer after running out of mining licenses!!! (Lots of easy fireballs at first. But prolly a bit tougher after a years forced necessity.) Imagine how impossible bot and huge endless multi-box mining fleets become.


Heh trial account mining licenses should be smaller to prevent easy backdoor fix. And if they go high volume on trial licenses...it will point a finger of doom even CCP cannot miss at any corp so unwise. Both on consumption and source IPs for all those trial accounts. Trial licenses should probably not be marketable or via contract --though manual trade seems OK within corp, fleet or group of friends. Privateers and wardec combat ships would probably use trial licenses they collect to enter gated anomalies.

Trial accounts should probably be allowed to new licenses upon doing mining career tutorial again. Make them do enough pieces of career path tutorial such that people are unlikely to farm trial licenses for profit or fun -- 1-2 hours blitzed.
