Good multi-use Toon, had him since I made him but time to trim down on the number of accounts I have.

All CCP rules will be followed, he has pos wallet, no killrights, pos sec, I will pay transfer.

Mining Foreman Mindlink installed plus a +4 Perception implant, sitting in Amarr space in Hisec.

Some bonus features for Mac

Orca and Rorqual boosts and compression
he can fly an Amarr Dread in case you need to go bash a POS
he has perfect Jump skills including JDC 5
he can POS gun
his shield skills are all 5 except the compensations
Refining and refining Efficiency at 5 with all ores at 4
Wing Command 5
PE 5 with adv mass production to 4

This toon can function in HS, Nullsec and WH space as a very useful addition to any operation

Get you perfect Orca boosts here. Also compress all ores in your Rorqual, jump really far with JDC 5 and may other fun things.
