Yes the hangar is out and ready for testing.
I'm not sure if you need roles for it.

I personally like it as it can help people that live out in wormholes to keep everything that they are mining/looting from being stolen. People/CEO etc can not see inside other peoples hangar as of right now.

Its exactly the same as a CHA except for the capacity which is 50km3

Obviously not, as that would mean unlimited storage for everyone.

You have 50.000 per char, with no limit to how many chars can use it.

Having mined in wh space and ran PI...personally I think it should be at least 500K I mean that isn't breaking the bank, its still 1/3 that of a CHA but it provides more space for those null ores that you mine out. 50K space just is enough to sneeze at.

yeah that and also capital mods and fighters take a lot of space 50k is realy not that much

50k is too small, the fitting requirements too high, but CCP isn't going to change it. I think to them it was just a mark on a checklist they get to say they've taken care of, without actually putting any thought into it.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
