Use /server:87.237.38.50 instead of the old one which is /server:Singularity

I'm having the same problem. My Sisi launcher updated something and now it connects me to TQ.

How do I get it to point back to Sisi?

Where do I use " /server:87.237.38.50" ??

The launcher update modified my start.ini to point to TQ, changing it manually to Singularity soled it for me

Done that. Issue persists.

Launcher sends me to TQ. Is the only way to reinstall the whole thing? (it takes a while you know)

Can you be a bit more precise on "Launcher sends me to TQ"?

There are some reasons why this could happen:

  1. You used the launcher installer executable file for installing the EVE Launcher and observe the automatic launcher run after the installation finished. The installer does not have a concept of other servers than TQ (because it is never ever run against a server), so it just assumes a TQ connection is what you are looking for.
  2. You are starting the launcher with wrong command-line arguments (these require to be specified in a short-cut). Either "/server:singularity" or "/server:87.237.38.50" should be used for pointing the launcher at Sisi. Any other option is likely to cause the launcher to fallback to Tranquility (again, because it's the primary server people would want to connect to).

In any case, if you can rule out these two sources of error, then please provide us with a bug report including the launcher log files (you can find them in the [launcher path]/cache/ folder and they are named something along the lines of "launcher.30.05.2013.log".

i had this issues aswell.

I used the exe to start up sisi (That doesn't work so you downloaded the TQ client again)
After that use the launcher for SISI.

When will we get the badly needed Sisi icon on the launcher? Even if its in the tools with a entry log for the sisi location it would be a great improvement.

Ah, interesting suggestion that also creeps up in-house at times (e.g. "Why can't we have a different launcher icon for this or that test server?"). The problem is that the launcher is not built for a specific server, and a Windows application only allows you to specify a single icon for your application, alas we would need to provide different builds for different servers. This would require a lot of infrastructure improvements and slow down the actual development process (different build targets require more maintenance and testing), e.g. it would make it a really expensive icon to have around. :-)

That being said, with the current road map we have the vision of a "one launcher to manage all your eve installations" as opposed to the "one launcher per eve installation". In that scenario it would be very easy to have different icons for different installations.
