ATXI and Mindlinks

Per the rules of the tournament, no implants that require Cybernetics 4 or more are allowed.

Mindlinks require Cyber 5. Does this mean that mindlinks are banned from this tournament?

There are a number of things I'm unhappy about (and a number of things I am happy about) but this is one thing I just can't fathom. No mindlinks, really? Please confirm.

Three clauses were added as this was just an oversight:

Genolution "CA-" implants are NOT allowed.

With the exception of leadership Mindlinks, only Hardwirings that have a name ending in "1", "2" or "3" are allowed.

Leadership Mindlinks are allowed.

Hmm,
could someone clarify whether banning was intentional or also an oversight:

1. Zor's custom navi. hyper-link, (it's dirt cheep and probably most used one)

Zor's hyperlinks are not allowed, having them in wouldn't be worth adding another exception to the rules and the code for the tournament tool. We're trying to keep things as understandable as possible since wrong implants has always been one of the most common mistakes teams make that cause delays.
