u can do what you want in an Ishtar for 150mill. if youre caught in a good bubble camp, youre dead regardless. you just have to know your pipes and crossroads, and when people tend to log on/off.

So then another question, T3s in wormholes, is the Nullifier worth it? And how hard is it to catch a t3 in wormholes, impossible if you keep an eye out for scanner probes (if you're in sigs not anamolies).

Nullifier isn't worth it for a cloaky T3 in a wormhole. Very, very few are ever bubbled, and when they are bubbled its hardly an issue. Its not impossible to catch T3's in wormholes - the moment you start ratting, you have to split your attention between tank, DPS and d-scan which gives people that 4-5 seconds to get onto you. It doesn't happen every time but it will eventually happen. You also have to salvage, so thats also a time to DIAF.

So, you spam d-scan like a pro. You can still be killed running anoms. You can even be killed in mag sites, if someone already has the BM. But, take your risk, make your ISK. Or, you know, just go run Incursions in hisec and make 300% what you'll average as a soloist in a low-end wormhole (taking into account salvage time).
