Try something along the lines of this thread. Consensus seems to be that the Loki just isn't that great for missions, but there's a fit in there worth trying. Hope you have missile skills...

I think it has more to do with there being better ships for the job. Machariel, Vargur and Maelstrom spring to mind.

Don't try to armor tank, you can't have both a good DPS and a good tank on the Loki (except if you're fighting only against Sensha). The Legion has the same problem. In fact, only the Proteus can armor tank without loosing to much DPS.

Artilleries on a L4 Loki is like Railguns on a Proteus or Beam on a Legion. ie not a good idea. So you'll have to stick on AutoCannon.
You can try to boost your falloff and use an AB, or you can put everything in the DPS and use a MWD (most missions allow it, if not all).

Even if a HAM Tengu does better, this fit works fine, and is fun (for some time at least, 1884m/s yo).
