Why would CCP leave an account UNLOCKED...

...for 4 days after it was involved in a character sale scam and petitioned by both the buyer and the original owner ? That guy just run the same scam AGAIN.

Any ideas ?

Wait for the petition to get taken care of, link to the first case. Not sure if char. sale petitions have any kind of priority (like 'stuck' ones have).

I am not old, just bitter.

Its been my experience that its good to get the evidence together first and then do somethin about it all. Would it have done me some good if I were just to go and report Betty er feedin them stupid bothersom rodents all the time? NO! Thats why I spent all last week photographin her doin it. Once these pictures are developed, you will see what she is doin to our community by inviting vermin in!

Long gone were the days of Betty and I bein friends. There was a time when we could be seen together, talkin and havin a good time at the home. I even have me a photo of us as the king and queen at the dance we had last year. Boy I tell you what, I can out dance a lot of these old folk out here.

That reminds me of whats been goin on here lately, you see Betty, the lady I was just talkin about winnin the dance with, has been feedin the squirrels! I told her that all she were doin were invitin in the filth of these rodents into our home but she dont care one lick. So Ive been takin photos of her everyday fer a week! Once these photos are developed I'll have the evidence I need!

They have to go through a lot of data to confirm or infirm your and original owner accusations. This might take some days or week/s, be patient.

ofcourse and i understand that. The problem is that in the meanwhile that guy keeps scamming because his acct is not locked.

They normally sort this kind of thing out quickly (a few days).

Also - Post Photos of Betty or it didn't happen.
