The Comet still has a blinking light.

Also, it's a NAVY Comet. Not a POLICE comet. Wake the heck up people... quit whining over every little thing. Bunch of babies.

Ok, so I can understand the outrage over the camo reskin. I too love my cop car more than any other ship in game.

However, this thread went five pages off people raging about the blinky light without anyone pointing that;

For fucks sake people, it is a FLASHING light. Some times it is on, some times it is off. Clearly the picture was just taken during one of the brief moments when it was off.

how about the fact that we've been on sisi and seen that there are no blinky lights on the navy comet except for on the gallente custom officers that get to keep their police boats.

Judging by the green tinge, it's no longer a BLUE light.

Either way this goes, I see them taking a great ship design, and screwing it up.

The Navy Comet is a very cool and unique-looking ship, please can we keep it the way it is?

Camo doesn't exactly look great on most ships as it is - on the comet it's simply a travesty Evil

On sisi right now, can confirm the Camot has no blue 'n' red blinkies.

PLEEaaasSE dont change this. It's one of the very few gal ships that has something unique about it and we all love it like this.

Only acceptable option otherwise is make it red.

Ok..... I have never criticized you before, CCP, even through the incarna/nex catastrophe this summer, I did not doubt you.
Way back when you did this cammo job to the navy mega, I was confused, but did not care. I just sold mine and that was it.

But I love the comet. It is easily my favourite ship. I might've even considered tattooing it's silhouette on my butt at some point. It's awesome.

It does not, on any level, make sense for a space ship to have green camouflage. It's completely unnecessary, looks stupid and really tacky, tbh.
Like a 14 year old kid who plays too much "console shooter" wearing cammo pants while at the mall with his mom.

Players want to have bright pink/red and striped and all sorts of insane colored spaceships.
Military ships have a camoflauge pattern, players rage over it not being "realistic".

No, black would have been no more effective than standard camo... as all camo/paint schemes would have no effect what -so-ever on ship scanners.
