I need killers to kill pilots either via wardec or suicide ganking.
I leave the method up to you.
I would like to ensure that the target is unable to fly.
I want to see kill mails.
best offer gets the contract contact me in game via mail with your offer.
I will provide details once a deal is worked out .

Most decent merc outfits won't let you dictate the price; you don't walk into a shop and say to the cashier "I want that t-shirt, make me an offer."

You should really ask [Merc Corp #9001] how much they want for the services required and then try and negotiate but if you're going to accept the lowest bidder then you'll probably get a bum deal.

Depending on the target/s if decced they might just dock up and wait it out. Suicide ganking would catch the target/s off guard. Although it does depends on what they're flying and how they fly it (mission runners, haulers, miners, etc.), with the right numbers and math most ships can be successfully ganked.

Without telling me anything identifying about the mark:


What classes of ships does your mark like to fly?

Do they know how to fit a boat, or do their failfits make you bleed from orifices you didn't even realise existed?

Suicide ganking a mining barge requires a lot less coordination than suicide ganking a PVP fit battleship or strategic cruiser. Some mercs could manage one but not the other.
