This character has excellent drone skills and is currently working on getting T2 sentries

He has about 35k loyality points with the Caldari Navy and can use lvl 2 agents

He has a full set of +4s

He is located in empire (2 jumps from jita), has a positive security status and wallet. He has no killrights.

I would like to trade for a hulk/manufactorer type pilot with similar skillpoints. I will also look at pilots who have less skillpoints and are willing to pay something to bridge the SP gap. All pilots offered should be able to fly a Hulk and have production eff. at lvl 5

Otherwise it is just a straight forward sale:

Well I dont quite understand the last post.
