I'm going to be interviewing CSM8 members roughly once a month on what they are up to and how things are going. Plannng on it being a different two CSM8 members each time.

The first two up are Malcanis and CSM8 Vice Chairman Ripard Teg. I'm going to do my best to keep these under an hour and we manage this first time out. :rimshot: We had some great questions in from #tweetfleet for these guys including some on how CSM8 will communicate over the next year and their involvement with the launcher issues from last week.

You can drop me an email at xander at crossingzebras.com or on twitter if you have any questions you want to ask before the next interview.

+1, Keep up the great work. I really like the plan of having two csm come on your show once a month (as well as their other appearances and communications). You've got a way of really doing an insightful but still pleasant interview that really works for this.

The only end-game content in EVE Online is the crap that makes you rage quit.

It was a indeed good interview.
I found out about your podcasts during the last CSM "election", and I think you provide a wonderful service. I must have listened to 70% of them, and thought you did great interviews of the vast majority of candidates.

Now, how about interview people on the CSM, namely Mike, and possibly Trebor, who might be the only ones to try to slow down the plans of Malcanis and the other null sec cartel members.

Though it is nice to hear that 12 of the 14 are onboard and working, and how everyone loves each other and totally professional, I would much more appreciate hearing someone say "I am doing everything I can to disrupt and impede the plans of the goon reps and their sycophants."

You're going to be rather disappointed when they tell you how well they've been working with Mynnna.

Not surprising if true.
Just more of the what we have come to expect from the CSM and CCP given the well-run campaign to wipe out high sec that kicked into gear about 24-30 months ago.

I think we need an even more well-run campaign if we're going to wipe out hi-sec this year. My suggestion that all hi-sec players have their avatars replaced by a picture of Foghorn Leghorn did not gain traction Cry

Yeah, I am nuts.

Sort of like how Montello was painted a few weeks ago about wanting to go to war, and he was forced out because no one wants sov wars anymore and he was nuts, and goons would never attack test.

I think you mean Montolio.

And it rather seems that goons have been on the receiving end of the nullsec conspiracy rather than directing it.

Bah

I use pepe le pew, though I do love Mr. Leghorn as well

Of COURSE I work with the others on the council. do you expect me to sit and a corner with fingers in my ears yelling 'no no no'?

Now if there is some sweeping null agenda that is out to destroy hisec and turns us all into null serfs . . . yeah, I might have a few words to say on that. But seriously? So would a lot of other members of the council.

If you wish to believe otherwise, that is your right as a sentient being.

We are trying to help make the game better. To talk to the players and to CCP. We are not devs and they did not give us total control over major changes in the game, nor should they.

Some of us even log on and play . . . madness I am sure.

If you see me as the high sec person, great. But if you expect me to, as a result, have a kneejerk negative reaction to anything supported by the null players . . . no, just no. I hope that they extend to me the same level of respect and camaraderie.
