Character Bazaar

Show me what you have, got isk waiting for the right pilot. Looking for something sitting at around 20-25mill sp sub cap.

Ideal pilot will have:

Excellent skills in engineering, electronics,mechanics, navigation, gunnery support skills and drone interfacing 5 would make me smile. (I understand that those with high mechanics skills may lack in engineering depending on armour or shield tank choices).

Ideal pilot should have:

Battlecruisers to 4 preferably 5
Cybernetics to 4 preferably to 5
Either Gallente,Amarr, Minmatar battleships on or close to 5

I will consider characters with:
leadership skills
command ship capable
a mix of minmatar/gallente or a mix of amarr/caldarii although in this case the focus should be on amarr

I will not entertain:

characters with surplus industry skills
characters with excessive sp in spaceship command as I am looking for gallente/minmatar or amarr/caldari based characters.

Budget: is around 10-11bill

Please post your pilots, I will be actively monitoring this thread until the pilot is found.

I am not expecting a perfect pilot, i expect the state of the pilot to reflect my budget so don't be afraid to put your pilot forward

Too many skill points in spaceship command and not enough in core skills, best of luck with your auction though.
