As this constitutes a service, I've posted the actual thread here on the Sell Orders forum.

However, as this service applies ONLY to wormholers, I felt a short note in this forum would be in order.

TL;DR: "Are you an active wormholer? Buy POS fuel from me (any type, any quantity) at under Jita buy orders!"

As much as I understand that you want to advertise were your potential customers are most likely to see it, offering services is only allowed in the Sell Orders forum section.
