Decided to get my mining alt back up today, activated hours for plex, sent isk to my alt and logged off and went to log on. Cant log on to account to buy a plex, wasting the 4 hours that I can only use once. submitted a petition no response what so ever, nothing has been done and I still cannot log into the game, under account management it says that I am subscribed for 4 hours and it is up at 12:01 pm(?) maybe this was done by the gods that we call ccp but Im not sure. Im not sure where to put this post, and I would like feed back and would love a timely response by a gm or mod to clarify what I should do.
