Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Right having issues my old h/d died so got a new one anyway downloaded eve from the same place i normally do off the eve website. Anyway its installed but then when i go to play the game either through the launcher or with the eve file it the game icon appers on my bottom bar but nothing happens and when i hover over it says its not responding i have downloaded another repair as the first one was just failing and the new repair finishes but still nothing i have uninstalled and done fresh install and still nothing its since the new launcher any idea what i can do to fix this cheers.

yes the computer can handle eve had it on here a few month without problems
