Sounds like he wants to join a corporation of men, not boys. Preferably Russian speaking would be my guess.

Google Translate, while not perfect, gives something along the lines of:

"Prompt corporation with adequate players at least 25 years old, living in a desirable BX, ready to learn."


As already pointed out, I'd agree with him wanting to join an active Corp who has a player base that are at least 25, within his time zone (bx?) and he's ready to learn.


Also .. The Russian forums are ----> that way.
