There are no skill books available on the market. No NPC seeded books, no player sold books, nada.

Even a bit more unusual, two skill books I had purchased a few days ago have disappeared as well.

At least this is the case in Sinq Laison region.

Same thing for 6-C and the entire Syndicate region on SiSi, no skill books. Can anyone seed them possibly, or at least give a reason as to why there are none?
