OK thanks. I worked with Praal on trying to figure this out and then all of a sudden it worked. I think there might be some screwyness going on with the API. I had some issues with it this weekend. The date returned shouldn't be in that format.

If you can send me your api that is causing the error, that would be a big help in figuring out why this is happening and put in some formatting so it doesn't happen.

Could we have an option to enter in a fixed copy cost/hr for the T2 Invention process?

Love this tool. Thank you.

@Zifrian
Hi, I'm the creator of jEveAssets.
One of my users have request that I add an option to import from your ISK Per Hour "Shopping list" format.

I was wondering if you could create a full example of the format (CSV and Normal) and preferable send it to my email. (My email is on the webpage)

Your effort would be very much appreciated!!! :)

I love this program Zifrian, but I think some figures might be off. I've done some research into the taxes cost and this is what my research has unveiled:

  • My Accounting and Broker skill are level V so skills can't get me any lower tax.
  • Broker faction is 6.17(raised from 5.44) and Broker corp is 9.5(raised from 9.41)
  • Ingame Broker's fee is 0.3%
  • Ingame Sales Tax is 0.75%

I assume the standings one should enter into the settings for "Station standings" is the standing ingame after skills have affected it; for example my faction standing to "Caldari State" is 6.17, raised from 5.44 by Connections IV. So I enter 6.17 into the Broker faction window.

I used the Caldari freighter Charon for the testing, the price imported into EVEIPH was 1 413 999 998.99 ISK. I used this figure when setting up the sell order ingame aswell.

Let's compare EVEIPH with ingame:

Ingame sell order with price of 1 413 999 998.99 ISK yields the following costs for me:
Broker's fee: 4 232 325.90 ISK (0.3%)
Sales Tax: 10 604 999.99 ISK (0.75%)

Total cost: 14 837 325.89 ISK
I recieve: 1 399 162 673.10 ISK

EVEIPH claims the "Taxes" for the Charon with a sell price of 1 413 999 998.99 ISK to be 7 460 489.90 ISK, a figure derived from "Sales Taxes and Broker's Fees to setup a sell order at an NPC Station"

EVEIPH / ingame = 0,5028

The taxes displayed in EVEIPH are roughly half of what you will be paying ingame

Yeah, Taxes and fees arent really clear but what you see isn't for the item but the materials to build it. Taxes and fees should apply to both of course and I'm working on a way to correct that. Going to try and get that into version 3.

Terrific. Yeah, just to be clear, this is also the case for items which only consists of minerals (like battleships).

I found this post which links to most sources for formulas

I did another test with a battleship and the relation was exactly the same between EVEIPH and ingame which means you're doing something right Smile

In both cases, if you simply multiply the value you produce for the "Taxes"(sales and broker) window by 1.9887870802338784486530179372807 you will get the correct value.

Yeah, I need to revisit all the tax and fee applications. I think what will happen though is that I'll add the ability for users more flexibility in setting how taxes are applied for each item. For instance, some people might sell ships directly and not use the market so they don't need broker fees or taxes but they buy minerals on buy orders and other parts directly. So there are three different ways taxes and fees are applied. I'm working on allow setting prices to how you buy and sell and not just a blanket application. Just trying to make it less complicated at this point.

OK quick update: Build 2.2.4892.26355.

This fixes an error with the date conversions some users were having. Turns out I didn't ignore the localized settings you might use. In this case, users had 24 hour time without colons set as a local time setting for their computers and it was causing the error. I didn't have the same problem though because I just use colons in the time.

Anywho, working with Nyderi and Sybille Moonraker finally brought out that they both had their time set like this and that's what caused the error.

If anyone has any other weird error after this, let me know and we'll work through it. Thanks!

I love this tool - thank you so much for building it. A feature idea - could we have a way in a future version to manually toggle, within a build/buy breakdown on the Blueprint tab, which items we do and do not *want* to build/buy? Sometimes I don't have the time/slots available to build a certain element, for example, and the ability to manually say "no, I'm not building that input" or "yes, I am building that input" would add to the amazing amount of flexibility this tool already presents.

Ok, if you can send me the key in an eve mail you are getting the error with, I can run it and see if I can figure out where this is happening. Thanks

The success tracker for corp jobs will only be for the character you have loaded and any corp jobs they've done. It doesn't show the success rates for all members in the corp.

If it's not showing your corp jobs, check the character and the corp key to make sure it's correct and has the required corp access key.

Hi,

I must be blonde or something but for the life of me I can't get a working scan of my blueprints.
I have a FULL ACCESS API Key, and I have gone to Blueprint management and scanned my assets and it finds nothing.
The blueprints are in a station container, do they need to be in the root of my item hanger (About 4 are the rest in container) as it shows nothing at all.

EDIT: Just sussed it i think, I was clicking "Owned BP's" and I should of been looking at "Scanned Personal BPs" and setting the Type to all.

That didn't work for me. All my Bpos are in the station Hangar. Not in any container
