Offer an option, in game, on the escape menu to save current settings to a "Setting profile", which can be named anything one could want.
Offer me a way to switch those profiles at will and or manage them at will.
Offer me a way to export those profiles to files which can be moved between computers (also offer a way to pick WHAT is exported (overview, resolution... etc))

Then allow me to modify eve's shortcut like so:
"C:\Some\eve\path\launcher.exe --settings="setting profile name" --username="my eve username""

That would make it so that the launcher is loaded with that username and eve will load with the selected settings.
