Tiericide complete?

Will tiericide of tech 1 ships be complete on June 4 when Odyssey launches? Should we look forward to tech 2 during an Odyssey point release, or has CCP stated that some other things will need to be balanced before (industrials, freighters, capitals)?

I would hope the industrials get a look at sooner rather than later, especially since the skills for them are changing in Odyssey.

Tech 1 Industrials are next on the list for T1 tiericide; They were supposed to be in Odyssey, but dropped out for time. After that, all the tech 1 subcaps will be done.

Following that are Pirate BS and capitals. (I think, from hints in dev posts; it hasn't been announced officially that I'm aware. Command ships could come first I suppose)

And then Tech 2. Command ships are up first (some of the basic changes are already posted, like the Eos basically becoming a t2 Myrmidon), then either HACs or BLOPS- again, I don't think there's an official confirmation yet.

And finally Tech 3.

What's wrong with Cerberus? I always see people complaining about how bad it is, but it's always seemed pretty decent to me. It's just really slow, that's all.

it's supposed to be a "sniping" support cruiser

missiles and sniping don't go that well together and if you try and brawl with it you will get sploded faster than you can say "the flintstones".

I would like the muninn to be faster and more agile with a bit more PG to support an artillery kiting style.

I would like the eagle to turn into a HAM specialised brawler and the cerb turned into a rail ship with tracking bonuses so it can give caldari pilots an alternative to the vaga

Zealot is fine as is and the sacrilege i dont really have any opinions about

Ishtar needs it's bonus to hybrids changed to something more useful and the bonus to scout drone control range (rofl) changed into something more useful too. Drone mwd speed plus drone tracking would make a lot more sense.

Deimos needs to actually be better than a thorax, the cap bonus for mwd was changed on the thorax, it should be changed on the deimos too. The falloff bonus for a blaster hull is utterly useless, that needs to be be a doubled up tracking bonus or damage bonus.

I have it on good authority that the next Industrial tiericide will include tanking and turrets & launchers for the racial industrials. Stack up 5x Large Blasters or 5x HAM IIs on that Badger, and make it a REAL Battle Badger!!!

Right now, HACs are kind of a non-class. I like HACs because I think they are very cool, but they're just not really that useful. T1 cruisers, for the most part, can do pretty much anything a HAC can do and for a lot cheaper. T3 cruisers can have ridiculously powerful combat performance as well as the ability to be customised to fill many different roles for a little bit more money. I think for HACs to really shine and stand out in their role, they need to be buffed to have combat performance closer to that of a T3 cruiser (probably not as powerful as a Tengu though because that is just broken). Mineral requirements should probably be increased to reflect their new status too (Maybe 250m isk hulls?). I think it would make HACs a lot more interesting and exciting and make them a far more desirable option, which is the whole point of tiericide, right?

To be honest, I think buffing them to be as strong, or almost as strong as T3 cruisers in combat roles is the only way to make them worth using, otherwise they're just going to stay where they are right now - A cooler and more expensive alternative to a T1 cruiser. That's my opinion anyway, take it as you will.

If you naming a ship after a three-headed hellhound, that beast needs to get close and nasty.

The moa hull just looks much more like a brawler to me :( i dont mind if it's switched up but those caldari hacs REALLY need looking into imo.
