If i attack an anchored but not online pos will the corp be notified?

ive found a pos that is offline but anchored . if i attack it offline will the corp be notified that it is under attack?

Just to add:

An offline tower usually indicates an offline owner, or even an offline corp.
Shoot the thing and see who shows up to look.
