Still trying through multiple channels to get some sort of response or acknowledgement that they're working on this....

I am getting 324 errors for logins all over the place. I can't access the logins for account management, petitions, API, the launcher, and possibly more. The sites in question are login.eveonline, secure.eveonline, and community.eveonline. I can't load the login pages on any of those sites (forums.eveonline seems to be the only place I actually can login).

These are the only sites where this error occurs. (Btw, a 324 error is basically Chrome's equivalent of a 'socket closed' or generic 'can't display this webpapge'.) It occurs on all browsers. It occurs on all computers on this IP (I haven't tested if I can login on a different network).

The scope of this bug is quite large. I can't access account management to do ANYTHING there (manage subs, PLEX, etc.). I also can't manage my API's. I believe that this problem is why my API's are no longer feeding properly into EVEMon or EFT. I can't even look at my (unanswered) petitions outside of game. Oh and now the launcher is displaying 324 errors (in black text against a black background) in the launcher window where I believe the new login is supposed to be.

For Christ's sake someone answer me / attempt to help me. And if you ask about firewall software I swear... It's affecting every PC on this network. CCP's websites are the only place in the entire internet giving me problems. This is on you.

I'm also not the only one having these problems.

For reference:
Bug report on this issue: #158874
Bug report on believed related launcher issue: #158877
The third petition (and the one I'd like a response to): #3234285 (tracking ID)
My forum post (with links to other people having problems): https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3033337#post3033337
Another forum post I seeked help on: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3011888#post3011888

CCP customer service/support sucks.

I think the problem is with the new unified log-in system and it may require some ports that are blocked by the router, I am having the same issue so I keep having to use other peoples networks to get access. if it is a gateway problem I cannot find anywhere of them saying which gate it is

That very well may be the case. It could be that our IP's are blacklisted by CCP, but I think that it's much more likely that this problem has to do with changes they made in moving to the unified login system. My problems started about 2 weeks before the new launcher (probably when they would have started implementing these 'changes').

However with little feedback from CCP, we have no idea what these changes are. I think this is a simple matter of CCP taking a look at what changes they made to the login systems and then trying to determine which of these changes could explain the issues that some of us are experiencing. There are several of us having these issues.

By the way, the changes may also have affected API fetching too. Around the same time the login problems started, EVEMon and EFT could no longer work with my API's. I discovered the new login trouble when I tried to edit my API information on EVE's websites. Are other people having this login problem also experiencing API trouble? If so, that would likely greatly narrow the list of possible issues.

my problems started right around there too, I think that is when they applied the unified login system to most of the websites.

Now if only they would fix it... or at least tell us something. Like telling us what specifically they changed about the new login pages that could explain the trouble a few of us are having. I'm literally out of ideas to try fixing this.

It's annoying I can't login, but it's going to be infuriating if/when they remove the login from the client. We'll be locked from the game AND unable to access account management to cancel our subs. Btw, are you having any API troubles?

Just got a very brief reply to the bug report I submitted on this issue about one week ago. The reply said they were not aware of the issue and have added it to their defect tracking system. I hope that means they've acknowledged something on their end needs fixing and that they'll fix it soon.

I had also submitted a separate bug report about a week ago specific to the issues with the launcher. For those of us experiencing these website login errors, we also receive the same error with the new launcher. It is not obvious, because the error is in black text against a black background. But where the new login is supposed to be, we see nothing (except for the 'hidden' text). This text indicates a 324 Error to login.eveonline with some garbage about 'tokens'.

Anyways, they had replied to that bug report (pictures included) within 48 hours. The said they were aware of that issue. Hopefully they are picking up the edits I made to both reports that indicate I strongly believe that it is the same root issue.

Changed title to something more informative...

Still finding plenty of people with the same issue.
