So my alt whom can inject the amarr freighters book before the patch, and going by what ccp's concept of if u can fly before u can fly now,
what happens if i can pilot a freighter, but post patch I will not have advanced ship command to 5?
Freighters

Now requires Advanced Spaceship Command 5 instead of 1
Racial Industrial skill requirement reduced from 5 to 3

The Amarr Freighters skill is the only requirement to fly the Amarr Freighter. If you manage to inject that before the patch you will be fine.

Following the patch, you will need the Advanced Ship Command 5 skill to be able to inject the Amarr Freighter skillbook.

CCP says if you can fly it now, you can fly it after.

OP wants to know if she can fly it now, will she be able to fly it after?

Hmmm, tough question.

Or should I just answer your literal question, "What happens if....?"

Answer: Nothing happens.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

And here we find that thread #3554657890A-CDF3321-214 on the topic results in the same answers.

Fascinating.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Just posting to say not all red headed avatars are as "special" as the previous ones in this thread.

I am sure a few people have found the post useful.

Im special as ****, and it's been asked and answered a million times.

Strangely the answer is always the same.

And the rest of us already found out the answer weeks ago when CCP themselves posted it. My apologies for not coddling the hundredth person to ask this question without bothering to either do any research on the topic or apply critical thinking skills to the answers they already had found.

It's not ******* hard people:

Can you fly the ship on June 3rd?

Yes - great, you still can, move along - nothing to see here.
No - great, check the new skill requirements if you ever decide to fly that ship in the future.

Do I need to include an effing flowchart for these morons?

Oh 'Search' function...one day, someone will use you.

I'm expecting a few SNAFU's where pilots can't fly certain ships post tieracide & CCP will scramble around trying to fix the injection issues TBH. Command ships seem to be a ripe area for injection issues to pop up IMHO.

CCP said, if you could fly it before you will be able to fly it after.

Now lets not be naïf, we know there will be some issues with skill points yadaya but that's why they will have a full data backup before implement the new stuff and if something goes really wrong they will be on war to fix it asap.

I will not even screen shot my skills tree list whatsoever, plus Eve Board via our friend Mr Veldspar KIng will probably also make his own backup yadaya so no big deal.

Again, if you could fly it before you will be able to fly it after. Be patient and show some trust in their job.

And yet you keep clicking on them and posting in them, which only serves to prolong your "agony." We're as tired of you posting as you are of them. I'd ask why you bother to let the world know how tired you are of these posts, but I already know the answer: you're an attention whore, a very boring one.

Can fly all Command ships and absolutely everything T2/T3 sub BS, if something goes wrong it will be easy to spot it.

Don't worry yet, let them work, there will be a good time to yell at them and gank their threads with bad humor and whatnot.

As they said already, it needs more than a simple fix and as far as it's on the list "revamp soon" better spend some time doing things that don't need them to get back again, or just make later coding easier.

They're on the good route but there are so many things to do...
