Not sure if this is in the right area so I am sure someone will comment of move if need be.

Currently in Caldari Malitia. What happens if I moved cloaked into enemy high sec while cloaked. So as an example I jump into a system get the usual message "Your not wanted, leave or else." I warp off cloaked to a safe.

What happens? do I lose the local police who are after me or do they follow me even if I am cloaked until I uncloak and engage?

Sorry for being lazy here in asking but I am sure someone knows the answer quickly.

Faction police will disable your cloaking systems. CONCORD does the same thing, but well... also kills you :)
Also they will find you in safe spots and they will go after you even if you hide behind PoS force field - they will just go through it and kick your ass.

However, unlike CONCORD, you can run from faction police - basically as long as you are warping around you should be fine, especially if you have fast ship. Keep in mind however they do respond faster in higher sec - you have like 15 - 20 sec before they arrive in 0.5, more like 2-3 sec in 1.0. They hit hard, but won't kill you immediately and they do scram you, but are not very fast with it - once they start hitting you, you have a bit before they start scramming

For reference: in 0.5, you can warp dominix or badger away before they spawn and lock you, orca would be far fetched; you can safely warp tengu in 0.7, likely in 0.8; I think you can safely warp frigs in 1.0, but not sure about it

in 0.5 npc does less than 200 dps but in 0.8 those do approx 800 dps and neuts you, so 0.5 is quite easy to tank navy.

Last session I was travelling alongside someone unbeloved of the Gallente faction police. He was in a battleship and was getting warning every system, yet the battleship was clearly able to align-warp quickly enough for the police to not actually hassle him.

I was a little surprised that he was fine in a BS.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

Not sure if it's changed recently, but I do seem to remember that in the past they would web you before scramming you (if they scrammed at all), so it actually assisted you to warping faster.

It actually allowed almost any ship to be immune, since they would web assist you into warp.

Generally speaking I can't undock anything bigger than a frigate in dodixie without the hater police having a good chance of popping me (0.9). Gates usually aren't a problem though, and destroyers are 50/50 on undocking if I remove the prop mod and throw it in the cargo hold
