Send me a mere 180m and I will thoroughly investigate the alleged effrontery.

Mocking the afflicted since 2013.

OP got lied to on the internet!

Someone get the e-lawyers!

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

I think if the scamming happens in game but through a website it is allowed, its a part of meta gaming.
So yes its allowed, same way a lottery is allowed in eve which also hosted on a website but effects the game.

Back in the days I remember buying ships through NAGA website. It was legit though, good prices. Also back then T2 stuff you had to wait. It took me a while before my Deimos got delivered back then.

Are you alleging that they did not deliver the items as promised for the isk you sent?

I really hate scammers. Contact me in game and I'll help you recover what you've lost and more.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble here, but apparently we've all been scammed of our time by the OP.

I went ahead and tested it myself buying a mack for 150m. A couple hours later I got one. I was in Poinen and just contracted it to the first permit holding miner I could find.

To see if they were just baiting me, since everyone knows I have a pretty nice wallet, I went ahead and bought a pair of orcas. I had them delivered to 100km from Jita 4-4 and left without pilots. You've never seen such a mad dash of capsules as I saw tonight when I announced I left 2 free orcas floating in space.

Now who really knows guys. Maybe they just knew I would report on this and decided to "buy" my PR by actually fulfilling what they promised. I don't know. But hey, it was a cheap experiment.

To the OP....

Did you try contacting them? There are different emails for different issues. Perhaps you sent your email to the wrong place, or perhaps there was just some mixup?

Keep us updated.

I feel this one goes over the line and petitioned it and contacted their ISP. Their FAQ lies by saying the only thing they are collecting from you is your name, but that is not how the IGB trust mechanics work. They're getting a great deal of information about you including your location and the ability to modify your in-game client. I wasn't willing to trust their application to investigate it further but I suspect they are data mining among other things.

I really hope this is not allowed because it will harm the reputation of something that is genuinely unique in the MMO world (to my knowledge.) The IGB trust mechanics allow really awesome applications to be made and if websites like this destroy enough user trust, those useful applications will never see the light of day, and that's a loss for the Eve community.

I have no problem at all with scamming, stealing, spying, etc in EVE, but I think anything outside the game client should be forbidden. My guess.....it's probably allowed now.

This is pretty much how I feel also. I don't have to like certain things about Eve but it's what makes it fun for all of us because we can choose sides! This particular thing just concerns me because it can damage a game mechanic (IGB "Trust") that can be really invaluable. I've no doubt you know what I mean!

I'd just hate to see these kinds of scams become more prevalent to the point that people are very weary of trusting any IGB website. There are some things that even those that would normally support scamming/etc. should take a stand and say, "Dude, this could really hurt all of us!"

Yeah!

That would totally be realistic and enforceable.

Everything on every fansite, alliance forum, or Eve news site should be 100% legit, or the internet police come to your house and turn of your interwebs.

Haha funny lil person: "and the ability to modify your in-game client."

You think CCP would develop an in-game Trust mechanics that would be un-safe for the players?

Perhaps you should read a thing or two about it before embarrassing yourself in public: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/IGB_Javascript_Methods
