Filed a bug report - Market not allowing any purchases. Money transfers still work.

The market was causing massive load issues on Singularity and I had to reboot the server to fix lag on the server. More info in a bit. Ugh

Sisi is back online, but we had to remove all market orders, including all 100 isk orders. We will care about market orders tomorrow.
