Plex undervalued

when i look at the market and I see plex buy order of 6000 vs. 1000 sell orders, I would not be suprised if plex prices doubles or even triples within a year or two

Why? because there are more buy orders than sell orders?

First, like a third to a half of those 6000 orders are purchased with margin trading skill, so committed wealth, on either side of the spread, is closer than it looks.

Orders for any price below (or above for that matter) two standard deviations are effectively meaningless.

Suddenly, the market is right where it is supposed to be.

Will the price go up? Probably, but not because of a 6:1 ratio of buyers to sellers. 6:1 ratio is a result of market conditions, not the cause of market conditions.

supply and demand is not that hard to understand but surely you can make something complicated out of it and come to the wrong conclusion, thats often the case with humans

CCP self-professed in the Eve economy presentation at fanfest that they manipulate the price of PLEXs. I wouldn't recommend investing into them.

Mynnna or someone else (single player or large entity) with a lot of capital has decided that the Odyssey changes are likely to lead to a small but significant increase in PLEX prices. Hence some big purchases.

They'll make their 2-10% then unload their stockpile back on the market.

If I had 10b or more in capital I'd have done the same thing.
