Launcher Issue I havent seen in forums yet

Ok, running windows xp.....When i click the launcher i get LOTS of nothing. I check running processes and theres like 6 instances of the launcher running, even after i closed the launcher out correctly before hand. When i close ALL the damn processes, then the stupid launcher runs.....Gee thanks for putting a WoW like feature in the game, im McLovin it.
