Singularity market is empty

I haven't read anything about any changes to be made for Singularity but as I logged in today the market is completely empty, is this a regular occurrence since it's Thursday and might be a Mass Test?

Yesterday after they did the update, I had issues buying stuff from the market. It was unresponsive and purchases where not being made. It was however seeded, so not sure if they pulled it due to a bug.
