Eve online - Steam Did you forget it ?

Okay so i have eve online on steam and since the new launcher nothing happens when i try to start the game.

Stuff that docent work

.Start game from steam
.Repair game and start the game from eve.exe
.Run Launcher.exe

Only really way to start the game is

/bin/ExeFile.exe but as soon as a new patch comes out i wont be able to play.

In the beginning it worked to repair and launch the new launcher but since the game is on steam, and steam version is not updated it overwrites the new files.
