WTB Gallente/Caldari focused (Drones/Hybrids) pilot 30-40m SP

I'm looking for a very specific character, and I know it's out there somewhere, I'll post requirements below.

NEED

T2 Large Railguns
Solid gunnery support skills

T2 Sentry Drones
Solid drone support skills

Good shield tanking skills (All 5 minimum, Tactical shield maniplulation 4)
Shield compensation skills would be good, but not required.

Ability to fly Gallente/Caldari ships, specifically Battleships

Heavy Assault Ships

WOULD BE NICE

Armor tanking skills
Armor tanking compensation skills would be good, but not required.

Amarr Spaceship command (up to Battleship)


If you believe that you have a good enough character to offer, please message me in game or in the forums.

My budget is 17b.

If you post a random pilot without even reading what I want, i'll consider it a very kind, free bump.

Let's get this rolling!

I would like to add - A female character with a re sculpt would be a big plus.. but not necessarily required.

It's not quite what I'm looking for, you are minus a lot of gunnery support V's, Your shield skills are almost nonexistent.

I would still be interested in buying the character, but it wouldn't be anywhere near your 14b request.

Shield skills are enough to fit all t2. Gunnery is fine as drones are main dips. As far as buy out like I told you already. The ammount of plex to get to. 29msp is around 15 plex. That alone is almost 15b. The char has no wasted skills and is specialized. Also the cost of skill books should be a factor. So sorry to tell you but 14b is very comparable to any other char you'll find for sp/isk value. I'm sorry I won't under sell just to make sale.

I'm sorry that I didn't like the look of your character, but if you had taken as much time to read my post as you have sent spamming me with evemails trying to get me to buy something....
Then you would havr realised that your character doesn't even cover what I said were required.

So please, stop dirtying up the thread with your rubbish.

And for your information, 1 x PLEX is 570m, NOT 1b, therefore - your maths is wrong... VERY wrong.
